Presentation Guidelines
General Conditions:
- The participant submitting the abstract must be a researcher involved in the study.
- The full name of each researcher must be written clearly (without academic titles) and accompanied by the name of the institution and the participant’s email. The corresponding author’s email should be marked with an asterisk (*) at the end of the name.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee within one week.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- If the participant does not register and make the payment by the deadline (30 June 2026), the abstract will be eliminated.
- Abstract submission period: 1 March – 30 April 2026.
Abstrak Submission:
- The abstract must not have been presented in any previous publication.
- The abstract title must not contain abbreviations.
- The abstract must include:
- Background: a brief explanation describing the research problem
- Purpose: the objective of the research
- Method: research method including study design, population and sample, setting, and analysis used (if applicable)
- Discussion: research findings
- Recommendation: recommendations or suggestions based on the research results
- Keywords must consist of 6 words arranged alphabetically.
- The maximum word count is 300 words.
Oral Presentation:
- Presentation files in ppt/pptx/pdf formats must be submitted to the committee no later than 1 day before the event. File name format: oral_first name of presenter_two keywords of title content. Example: oral_rahma_Exclusive Breastfeeding.
- Files must be submitted via the following email/website: conference.fikes@apps.uinjkt.ac.id
- The presentation file must include: title, background, objective, method, results, recommendations, and references.
- The maximum number of slides is 6, including the title and closing slides.
- Presentation duration is 7 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for Q&A.
Poster Presentation:
- Place the ICHST logo on the right side and the author’s institutional logo on the left side of the title.
- Place the participant number below the ICHST logo.
- Use single spacing.
- The title must not exceed two lines (approximately 120 characters and/or 20 words).
- Authors' names must be written without academic titles, followed by institutional affiliation and email address. The email listed should be that of the corresponding author (marked with *).
- The name of the presenter must be underlined.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Recommended poster size: A0 (90 cm width x 120 cm height), vertical orientation.
- Font size guidelines: title 96 pt, authors 72 pt, institution (36–48 pt), body text minimum 20 pt.
- Participants must bring their own standing banner to the conference.
- Poster structure: title, authors, abstract, background, purpose, method, results, recommendation, acknowledgement, references.
- Participants must stand beside their posters at the scheduled time to explain their research to the audience.
Type of presentation
- There are two types of presentation: oral presentation and poster presentation.
- We would assign the abstracts for oral presentation in first priority.
- Since the number of abstracts for oral presentation is limited, the program committee reserves the rights to select the appropriate abstracts for oral presentation.
- The accepted abstracts that were not selected for oral presentation will be automatically switched to poster presentation.
Text formats and requirements
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and its font needs to be typed in Times New Roman size 12 in order to avoid any character corruption.
- Abstract consists of a maximum of 300 words.
- When applicable, the abstract should include: title, authors, objectives, methods, results and discussion/conclusion.
- Upon abstract submission, authors will have the option to save and edit their abstracts until the which has been specified.
- Authors can submit and present an unlimited number of abstracts.

ABSTRACT [in English: Arial 10pt Bold]
The background contains an explanation in the form of a paragraph description which contains the reasons why a research was conducted. The abstract consists of a maximum of 300 words, arial 9 ft, italic. Purpose contains the purpose for which the written work was created. A method is a scientific method used in an effort to find or obtain data for a particular purpose or use. Here it is necessary to explain the study design, the number and method of sampling, the variables studied and the data analysis used. Results at this stage explain the research results both descriptively and analytically with sentences. The use of tables and graphs is not permitted. Recommendations contain research conclusions and suggestions to related parties
