Peer Review Process

A system for receiving, selecting, and reviewing manuscripts.

  1. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated for originality, significance, technical quality, and clarity of presentation.
  2. Each full paper submitted to the conference will undergo two rounds of review by different reviewers, who will be assigned according to their areas of expertise.
  3. Authors are required to respond to reviewer comments and submit revisions within the specified deadline (two weeks).
  4. To avoid conflicts of interest, a double-blind peer review process will be implemented, with the identities of both reviewers and authors kept confidential.
  5. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection will be based on the reviewers' evaluation after the revised manuscript has been submitted.
  6. Important IEEE Policy:
    1. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from post-conference distribution (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if it is not presented at the conference.
    2. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to another conference/workshop/symposium concurrently (dual submission). This issue is taken very seriously, and the IEEE Communications Society will take action against any author engaging in any of these practices. Follow these links to learn more:
